Who is ConnectSimpli for?+
It is built for Pakistani SMEs, startups and growing teams — any business that wants HR, attendance and payroll in one place instead of juggling spreadsheets and separate tools. It stays free for up to 5 employees, then PKR 199 per employee/month as you grow.
Can I connect my existing ZKTeco biometric device?+
Yes. If you already run ZKTeco fingerprint, facial-recognition or RFID terminals, they connect over ZKTeco's ADMS protocol — the device dials out to us, so there's no static IP, port-forwarding or VPN to configure. Punches sync into attendance automatically across every branch.
How does biometric attendance work?+
Staff clock in by face, thumb/fingerprint or RFID card at the terminal, or check in from the mobile app with a biometric unlock. Attendance is captured in real time and posted straight into the pay run — no cards to lose or timesheets to chase.
Does attendance flow into payroll automatically?+
Yes. Hours and overtime captured at the device flow directly into payroll, so there is no manual export or re-keying between attendance and pay.
Is payroll compliant with Pakistani regulations?+
Payroll is calculated in line with Pakistani payroll regulations, with allowances and deductions handled for you. Payslips and tax certificates are generated for every employee.
Can my employees get payslips and tax certificates?+
Yes. Employees can download their payslips for any month from the mobile app or their dashboard, and tax certificates are generated automatically.
How secure is my data?+
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure and protected with encryption, secure access controls and compliance-driven safeguards.
Is there a free plan or demo?+
Core HR is free forever for up to 5 employees, with no card required. You can also request a demo any time to see payroll, attendance and the biometric integration in action.
